1. General Policy

New Horizons Consulting Services, LLC provides document preparation and processing services. Fees charged are for work performed on your behalf.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not guarantee approval of any mortgage assistance program. Refunds are not based on the outcome of your application.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds, if applicable, are governed by your signed service agreement

  • Fees for services already performed (including document preparation, submission, and follow-ups) are non-refundable

  • Partial refunds may be considered only if limited work has been completed

4. Cancellation

  • You may request to cancel services at any time

  • Any refund eligibility will be based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
