New Horizons Consulting Services, LLC provides document preparation and processing services related to mortgage assistance, including but not limited to loan modification applications, hardship packages, and communication facilitation with lenders or loan servicers.

We are not a law firm, lender, broker, or financial institution. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Client understands and agrees that:

  • Approval of any mortgage assistance program is solely determined by the lender or loan servicer.

  • We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including approval, payment reduction, or loan modification.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

  • Submit all requested documents in a timely manner

  • Maintain communication with our team as needed

  • Continue making mortgage payments when possible

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact the outcome of your application.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Fees for services are disclosed in your signed service agreement.

  • Payment terms (including timing and method) are outlined in that agreement.

  • Services may begin only after payment arrangements are confirmed.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, are governed strictly by the terms outlined in your signed service agreement.

  • Generally, fees are associated with work performed, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up services.

  • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Communication Authorization

By engaging our services, you authorize New Horizons Consulting Services, LLC to:

  • Communicate with your lender, servicer, or authorized third parties on your behalf

  • Send and receive documents related to your file

  • Contact you via phone, email, or text regarding your case

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • New Horizons Consulting Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services

8. No Legal Representation

We do not represent you in any legal capacity. If legal advice or representation is needed, you should consult a licensed attorney.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Client fails to provide required documents or communication

  • Fraudulent or misleading information is provided

  • Terms of the agreement are violated

Client may also terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in their service agreement.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purpose of completing your file.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

12. Agreement

By using our services or signing our service agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
